Company Description Hiccup is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company headquartered in Istanbul and London, operating across 12+ countries. Founded by ex-unicorn entrepreneurs, Hiccup brings together expertise in retail, technology and cross-border operations to build a modern, efficient, and globally scalable apparel brand. We are built around a C2M model, producing against real demand, pairing Turkey's apparel manufacturing base with proprietary technology that runs our assortment, pricing and fulfilment across every market we sell on. We focus on delivering affordable, high-quality products while maintaining responsible and transparent business practices. The Role We are opening a CEO Office internship for someone who wants to see how a high-growth company is actually run, from the inside, from the first week. You will sit with the CEO and the Chief of Staff and work on live problems: the weekly numbers, a market we are about to enter and more. This is not a shadowing role and it is not a research desk. You will be given real pieces of real projects. Students who can commit 3/4 days a week will be considered. Strong performers might get offered the Associate seat. What You'll Do Take pieces of the CEO's priority projects and carry them to a finished answer Turn messy operational data into something a decision Research markets, channels, competitors and pricing, and produce the one page that gets read rather than the twenty that do not Support the monthly close and management reporting: accruals, cost allocations, and reconciling what our system says against what the bank, the marketplaces and the accountants say Automate the repetitive parts of your own workflow Sit in on advisor, marketplace and banking conversations What We're Looking For Final year undergraduate from a top university Comfortable in Excel or Sheets past the basics: pivots, lookups, and a model someone else can open and follow without calling you Working literacy with LLMs. We use them every day and expect you to You finish what you start.
