Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Specialist to manage and support our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounting transactions, and supporting various financial reporting and audit activities. Job Description Recording daily accounting transactions in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts Completing entries related to bank transactions, current accounts, checks, and promissory notes Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements Supporting internal and external audit processes Providing support in the preparation of tax declarations when necessary (VAT1, VAT2, Stamp Duty, Withholding Tax) Assisting in the preparation and timely submission of additional reports and statistical data requested by official or private institutions Supporting processes involving official institutions such as the notary, trade registry office, and tax office, including necessary site visits Ensuring the proper filing and storage of all accounting records and ledgers in compliance with legal regulations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of the Uniform Chart of Accounts Familiarity with Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and Social Security legislation (SGK) Understanding of financial statements and reporting Strong analytical and reporting skills Proficient in SAP MM and FI modules Advanced MS Excel skills Preferably proficient in English Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined work style Strong team player with the ability to work in coordination with related departments Result-driven with strong follow-up skills 21669
