Product Marketing Lead

We are looking for Product Marketing Lead to take part in our team in Haier Europe Turkey. The position is located in İstanbul. Job Description Collect and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor intelligence for the categories. Define local market positioning and value propositions for the product lines. Support the development and enhancement of the product range based on market gaps, opportunities, and consumer needs. Define and implement the value proposition to be used in printed and training materials. Working closely with creative agencies to compose banners, communications, social media contents. Product launch preparations (including user manuals and new product registrations on related systems), Preparing product benchmarks, Identifying and catching growth opportunities and creating action programs with efficiency analysis based on main KPI’s, Analyzing channels performance by examining the markets, trend and sales data, Managing daily maintenance/activities of product pages including availability, images, descriptions and content optimization, Managing product availability (planning), Establishing and monitoring performance, promotions and campaigns on various platforms/channels on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and generating reports, Assisting in the planning and development of new business projects to ensure the targets are met in accordance with deadlines and provide updates in a timely manner, Maintain data integrity across all channels. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration or similar, At least 5 years experience, preferably in product marketing within domestic appliances business Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Analytical thinking and good communication skills with team playing ability, Problem solving and proactive approach with good negotiation and persuasion skills, Entrepreneurial skills to spot gaps in the market, suggest ways to improve processes, or come up with new ideas, Project management from design to completion with an action orientation.
