About Us The mission of Equitas Academy Charter Schools is to prepares students for college, careers, and life pursuits, and inspires them to be champions of equity. Equitas Academy currently serve over 2,000 students in four elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. Equitas Academy is based in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.   Position Description The primary role of the School Culture Coordinator is to support the Principal and school team with student and parent communications, student culture and restorative practices, and student safety and health.
