GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems or related fields, minimum 3 years of experience in system administration position, Deep knowledge and hands-on experience for configuring and troubleshooting operation systems, (VMware and Hyper-V environments), Deep knowledge and hands-on experience for configuring and troubleshooting operation systems, (Windows and Linux environments), In-depth experience with Windows OS, Linux, In-depth experience with hardware components and maintenance of the servers and PC’s Recent experience managing Active Directory environment and associated components (DNS, DHCP, Domain Controllers, sites, Group Policies, etc.), Understanding TCP/IP and other basic networking principles, Knowledge and hands-on experience for desktop virtualization, Knowledge and hands-on experience about Google and Microsoft365 administration. Technical knowledge and experience for implementing new network and system architectures and optimizing the current structures, RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzing the current and required structure of the architecture and designing as required, Manage and maintain VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environment, Manage and maintain AWS environment, Manage and maintain Azure environment, Monitoring the devices which are under his/her responsibility, performing preventative maintenances (PRTG), Maintenance and repair of the servers and PC’s, Managing and maintaining the server hardware changes, then implementing them on-premise and colocation, Write scripts for systems administration and operational tasks, Develop policies, procedures and standards, Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency, Providing high quality of 1st. and 2nd. level support for system related issues and projects, Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced party, Being a strong and challenging member/leader for the related projects, Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot to deliver required services, Implement firmware upgrades and vendor-supplied patches according to the plans periodically, Work with the vendors and service providers when required.
