Junior Social Media Assistant

-Supporting to plan, develop and design social interactions across the brand’s digital channels to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image • Leading, following and coordinating customer projects • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily creative content on all channels (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies • Building and executing social media strategy through country based insight research and special day tracking • Full knowledge on popular and rising social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest etc.) • Reporting insights for social media channels • Working closely with the Jr. Art Director to create strong concepts from the initial briefing • Basically creating and editing engaging videos and statics Minimum Requirements 1+ years of experience, ideally in an agency Good understanding of social media KPIs and trends Familiarity with publishing on social media channels Excellent multitasking skills Creative, critical thinker and problem-solving skills Ability to use some of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps Excellent proficiency in Canva Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills Interested in the innovations of the digital world as well as design trends What we offer Working hybrid Dynamic work ecosystem where you can take initiative and responsibility and grow Enjoyable team/company activities
