Industry&Food Field Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Industry & Food Field Sales Specialist who wants to take an active role in developing industrial solutions based on centrifuge technologies. The position can be based in Istanbul or Aydın . What You’ll Do Visit customers and production facilities to understand their operational needs and identify improvement opportunities. Plan and manage weekly customer visits and travel schedules across Türkiye. Analyze customer requirements and work with internal teams to determine the most suitable machinery and technical solutions. Collaborate with engineering and relevant departments to conduct cost studies and prepare accurate pricing. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with customers. Monitor projects from purchase order to final payment and coordinate factory acceptance processes when required. Represent the company at industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events to expand business opportunities and strengthen the company’s presence in the market. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field. Experience in industrial machinery or equipment sales. English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with confidence in meetings, presentations, and written communication. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Availability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Türkiye, typically four days per week. What We Offer?
