Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join within a fast-paced industrial business. The role ensures optimal material availability aligned with production requirements, efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, safe internal material flow, and continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead Material Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse & Internal Logistics, and Production Scheduling. Ensure uninterrupted material supply to meet production demands. Optimize inventory while maintaining target service levels. Manage inbound logistics, supplier coordination, and import/export compliance. Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability, and material flow. Champion lean practices, continuous improvement, and supply chain best practices. Promote Health & Safety and 5S standards across supply chain operations. Develop, coach, and lead the Supply Chain team. Collaborate with Production, EMEA Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Around 5 years' experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in material planning, warehouse operations, inbound logistics, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Health & Safety practices. Very good command of English.
