• 8:00pm Service Support Representative needs 1 – 2 years of experience in a professional business environment Service Support Representative requires: Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry a plus Call Center exceptional customer service Service Support Representative duties: Interface with providers to verify member eligibility and authorize services Review claims details, research payment issues, investigate provider network details $13/hr 12 months Global Channel Management is a technology company that specializes in various types of recruiting and staff augmentation. Our account managers and recruiters have over a decade of experience in various verticals.
