# Hospice Care Coordinator- Sales/Marketing

We are looking for a high energy seasoned Hospice Marketer who has a passion for seniors and has a current book medical book of business of Physicians, Case Managers and Discharge Planners in and around Kansas City, MO. Experience in Medical Sales within a Hospice environment is an essential requirement for this position. Key responsibilities include: Overall coordination of business development and education of patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists and the local community Ensuring continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in patient care activities Managing all aspects of organization marketing including managing the members of the marketing team Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns In conjunction with the Director of Hospice Professional Services, developing home health programs in the general community At Brookdale, you will enjoy a rewarding career with a forward thinking company while receiving an impressive portfolio of benefits designed to help you maintain a comfortable lifestyle for you and your family, including

• License Reimbursement We seek the following principal qualifications: 2 years of experience in sales or public relations in a hospice/ home health care company.
