Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as: / Determining production process flows including headcount, layout and material flow requirements / Implementing process kaizen studies / Supporting/Leading productivity improvement projects such as line balancing, work content reduction and automation / Following and reporting direct headcount requirements for responsible area / Participating daily operational meetings and projects to increase efficiency Your Profile / Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree education from Engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering) /Able to work on-site (Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ ) at least 3 days per week (additional availability is a plus) / Good command of English both written and spoken / Having very good communication skills; open and analytical minded; result oriented; high motivation and curiosity / Aim to have career in manufacturing related areas Your Benefits / Diverse career opportunities / Individual development programs and international perspectives / Working in global, regional or local projects
