Qualifications Experienced in UX/UI design for 5+ web platforms , Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in user experience (UX) and usability . Proficiency in user flows and information architecture . Professional proficiency in Figma , with experience using design tools such as Framer, and Sketch . Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Customer-Centered Design (CCD) methodologies. Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools . Good understanding of software development processes, technological developments, and current design trends. Preferably has basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow. Ability to manage priorities and transition smoothly between multiple projects. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from initial concept and research through final implementation and launch. Create all necessary design deliverables, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Ensure the usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall quality of digital products. Design user-friendly interfaces for enterprise software, management panels, and admin dashboards . Maintain and continuously improve products throughout their post-launch lifecycle. Collaborate closely with product, software development, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure that designs are accurately implemented by providing clear specifications and following up throughout the development process. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Follow emerging technologies, design trends, and AI-assisted design practices, and incorporate relevant developments into design processes.
