Intrologistics Specialist

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an " Intralogistics Specialist" with the below requirements for our international manufacturing client. RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the definition and further development of global standards for logistics processes and methods in intralogistics for all production facilities within core processes such as in the areas of key performance indicators, warehouse management systems, and Kanban. Coordinate and support globally relevant projects and disseminate project results within the company's production network. Coordinate and support globally eEWM keyuser network within the company's production plants. Independently managing and executing defined tasks, such as planning and implementing intralogistics processes and equipment. Support of Layout, technology, and process planning of production locations based on standards. Standardizing and further developing the tools and methods for planning production locations. Analyzing and optimization of existing processes and derivation of development potentials. Contributing to the further development of the plant internal intralogistics with the goals of improving the plant internal cooperation, as well as increasing material availability and delivery reliability to the plant internal customers. Further objectives include optimizing logistics processes, reducing replenishment times, and increasing flexibility and capacity transparency to generate a flow in the operative Intralogistics. Regular providing of forecast to plan the intralogistics processes and gaining stability. Standardization of relevant processes, methods, and tools, as well as ensuring compliance with standards Development and implementation of training and coaching on intralogistics topics internally in consultation with Corp. SCM intralogistics Participation in the creation, establishment, and further development of globally applicable processes and standards Leadership and coordination of projects in the internal Intralogistics environment Evaluation and detailed specification of new requirements, along with supporting their IT implementation Execution of Maturity Level Assessments QUALIFICATIONS Successfully completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a comparable field. Relevant professional experience with the plant internal supply chain management or comparable supply chain experience Relevant experience in a cross-functional, production-oriented environment within the Supply Chain or in a logistics setting. Strong knowledge of process management and Lean Management. Good skills in designing and optimizing logistics processes with a focus on Lean principles. Good MS Office and SAP knowledge; SAP EWM experience is desirable. Fluent negotiation skills in English, optional German is welcomed High persuasive ability and strong assertiveness Analytical and holistic thinking and action, as well as thinking in processes and value streams Communication, moderation, team, and conflict resolution skills Negotiation skills, competent demeanor, and a high sense of responsibility Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management – ideally in the area of Inventory Management Holistic thinking and acting, with a high degree of initiative. Abstract thinking to reduce complex issues to their essentials Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with an affinity for IT. High customer orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel internationally and possess intercultural competence.
