What your day-to-day will look like: Create, design, and enhance a variety of print and digital marketing assets, including proposals, presentations, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, infographics, maps, and other promotional materials. Apply graphic design best practices to develop innovative visual concepts that effectively support business and marketing objectives. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to transform written and verbal ideas into impactful visual communications. Develop engaging email campaigns and marketing initiatives that align with established brand guidelines. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output. Work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 1 year of hands-on graphic design experience with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and written communication abilities. Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain design quality while adhering to established brand standards. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with marketing and business development collateral. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with digital marketing tools and campaign design. Strong photo-editing and image enhancement skills. Understanding of responsive and digital-first design principles. Experience creating technical graphics, layouts, diagrams, or visual representations of data and concepts. Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and publication design.
