General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the growth journey of our institution, which has a long-standing presence in the education sector, an innovative vision, and a strong corporate culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree, doctorate, or MBA is preferred, At least 10 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior executive role within the education sector or a dynamic corporate environment, A strong track record in strategic management, financial management, budget planning, and corporate growth, A visionary approach to artificial intelligence, educational technologies, learning sciences, data analytics, and emerging educational models, with the ability to translate these developments into institutional strategy, Proven experience in successfully leading change management, organizational transformation, and cultural transformation initiatives, Ability to build a strong corporate culture and develop high-performing, agile, and learning-oriented organizations, A data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented management approach, Excellent representation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire trust among students, parents, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders, Advanced proficiency in English. Key Responsibilities Define the institution’s long-term vision and growth objectives; translate these objectives into annual business plans and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report progress to the Board of Directors, Lead and coordinate academic, administrative, operational, and financial processes in line with shared institutional objectives, Oversee budgeting, investment, and resource planning while maintaining an effective balance between educational quality, technological investment, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability, Monitor global education trends, developments in learning sciences, and artificial intelligence-supported practices; continuously enhance the institution’s educational model and lead its digital transformation, Build a working environment based on trust, collaboration, fairness, and accountability; strengthen employee engagement, leadership capabilities, talent development, and organizational excellence, Develop and implement growth and marketing strategies that enhance the institution’s brand value, corporate reputation, and market position by delivering a comprehensive student and parent experience that increases satisfaction, engagement, and trust, Establish strategic partnerships with national and international educational institutions, universities, and technology companies; oversee accreditation, quality assurance, and participation in international projects, Ensure full compliance with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of National Education and legislation governing private educational institutions, as well as all other applicable legal and ethical requirements, Anticipate and manage corporate, financial, operational, and reputational risks, and ensure business continuity through effective crisis management.
