Full Stack .NET Developer | Boston, MA | Hybrid, 3 days onsite | $120,000 to $165,000 base + 10-15% bonus We’re partnering with a well-established professional services organization in Boston looking to add an experienced Full Stack Developer to its growing internal technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 4+ years of experience who wants to join a smaller, collaborative engineering environment where they can have a genuine impact on technical direction. The team is particularly interested in someone who can bring experience and ideas from outside the organization, contribute to technical decision-making, and help raise the bar across the wider development function. You’ll work across a mixture of new application development, modernization, cloud, integrations, and emerging technology initiatives, while partnering closely with both technical and business stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Designing, developing, and enhancing full-stack applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Building modern web applications across both SPA and MVC architectures Developing and integrating REST APIs, databases and third-party/SaaS platforms Working with SQL and relational database design Deploying and supporting applications within Microsoft Azure Contributing to CI/CD, automated deployment, testing and modern DevOps practices Building proof-of-concept solutions and evaluating new technologies Participating in code reviews and helping establish strong engineering practices Working closely with junior developers and sharing technical knowledge across the team Partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate requirements into effective technical solutions What we’re looking for The team is more interested in finding a strong software engineer and problem solver than somebody who ticks every technology box. Ideally, you’ll bring: 4+ years of professional software development experience Strong experience with C# and .NET Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework and REST APIs Strong SQL and relational database knowledge Exposure to a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or Vue Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and Agile development Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills The ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Experience with AI-enabled applications, LLMs, RAG, Docker or Kubernetes would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
