Product Manager

What you’ll be doing: Take responsibility in the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the game Design and implement new game features based on both analytical and creative process Plan and execute the product roadmap, making data-driven iterations when necessary, and optimize player engagement and retention Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure of a smooth execution Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement Desired skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university 3+ years of relevant experience in the gaming industry, experience with casual games is a plus High attention to detail in execution Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive product decisions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Passion for gaming and a keen eye for emerging industry trends Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and results- driven mindset
