Industrial Relations Department Manager

Qualifications: University degree in relevant departments Minimum 10 years of Industrial Relations experience in the retail sector Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law and Trade Union Legislation Experience in a unionized workplace, with experience in communication management with the union Good command of English language Good knowledge in MS Office applications Result-oriented Flexible and willing to work in a team Support open communication and feedback culture Open to change and innovation Job Description: Carrying out all communication with the union Management of exit processes in accordance with the labor law Monitoring and managing disciplinary processes Low performance monitoring and execution of the all process Reporting to C-Levels on related issues Giving internal trainings on industrial relations In our journey which is driven with our goal of becoming the first choice as the trustedretailer for tailored solutions in a tech-driven world, we are growing rapidly with more than 100 stores today in Turkey.
