Global Category Supply Planning Executive

Responsibilities Coordinate planning efforts and analysis for critical power tool components, focusing on existing items, new product launches and value improvement transitions among network of global manufacturing plants. Establish close relationships with Global Sourcing, Manufacturing and Engineering teams and component vendors to establish, drive and increase sufficient capacity. Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in developing strategies to drive working capacity improvements Provide insight on component growth expectations to ensure supplier network has capacity to support growth or has visibility to decline in production. Manage component allocations globally across manufacturing plants. Provide timing of product launches and component ramp plans. Maintain a high service level to the customer and have limited to no out of stocks on components at the plant locations while minimizing the use of air freight. Regularly work with planners to maintain supply on key components. Drive Overall Improvement – systems, processes and communication / relationships. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience Effective project management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Ability to focus on quality of work and process improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in SAP Fluency in English
