General Qualifications Graduate of the Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments of universities At least 3 years of experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries Good command of spoken and written English Preferably experienced with MS Dynamics Proficient in MS Office applications Inclined to teamwork with strong communication skills Only candidates residing in Tekirdağ will be considered Job Description Ensuring that production is carried out in compliance with GMP rules and at the expected performance level Monitoring production processes Managing production activities in line with the plan Carrying out, delegating, and implementing standard work activities Preparing the documents and reports related to all operations carried out in the department Experienced in efficiency improvement studies Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
