Platform Engineer

About The Role This is an opportunity to take a key technical role in an innovative, fast-growing, mission-driven company. You will work closely with our engineering teams to build, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure that supports our product. We’re looking for a Platform Engineer with Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure. In this role, you will manage production environments, improve CI/CD and deployment processes, automate infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, and strengthen monitoring, observability, security, and incident response practices. If you are passionate about Linux systems, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, observability, and building secure and highly available platforms, we would be delighted to have you join our team! Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred 4+ years of experience in Linux System Administration Ability to support and manage 24/7 operations Due to the location of our data centers, candidates based in Istanbul or Ankara , or those who can travel easily to these locations, will be preferred Technology Stack and Technical Skills Monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Wazuh, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and Elasticsearch Kubernetes in production environments, Troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads and cluster-level issues, Git-based development and deployment workflows, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms, Deployment, rollback, and release strategies GitOps principles and workflows Argo CD or Flux Compliance, cloud security and audit requirements IAM, RBAC, and the principle of least privilege Container and Kubernetes security Kubernetes NetworkPolicies Container image scanning and vulnerability management SBOM, image signing, SLSA, provenance, or runtime security is a plus eBPF-based security and observability tools such as Cilium or Tetragon Go, Python, Bash, or similar technologies TCP/IP networking, load balancing, and web technologies Virtualization and SAN/NAS storage solutions Infrastructure as Code and automation with Terraform and Ansible Monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing capabilities Infrastructure as Code practices and infrastructure automation MySQL knowledge is a plus Join us at the heart of payments—we’re excited to receive your application!
