What is the Main Aim of This Position? Responsible for identifying process requirements related to improvement, development, and investment projects, designing these projects, and ensuring their implementation under the defined conditions. What We Expect from You? To take an active role in budgeted and approved investment projects (such as speed/capacity increase, automation, line consolidation/renewal/optimization) and Kaizen initiatives identified throughout the year, and to perform assigned tasks. To analyze improvement, development, and project requirements related to assigned projects and to develop proposals accordingly. To participate in cost reduction efforts, vertical integration activities, innovation projects, and technology development initiatives. To attend New Product Review and Technical Coordination Meetings and to provide updates to participants about ongoing developments. To prepare capital appropriation (CA) files for responsible investment projects. To monitor annual investment plans of assigned projects and to implement necessary changes based on current needs. Why You? If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering , If you have at least 3 years of experience in production, maintenance, invesment and project. If you have advanced knowledge of maintenance and assembly techniques, production technologies, machining and chipless manufacturing methods, If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
