Key responsibilities AI-Native Development: Leverage modern AI tools and coding agents effectively for code analysis, implementation, and quality assurance. Cross-Technology Engineering: Quickly adapt to and work within existing codebases across varied tech stacks, choosing the right tool for the job. Software Quality: Maintain high standards of software delivery through clean code implementation, robust testing, and proactive refactoring. System Evolution: Support the team in adapting architectural patterns to fit an accelerated, AI-assisted development lifecycle. Requirements Strong Software Engineering Experience: A proven track record in professional, production-grade software development. Core Technical Foundations: Solid, language-agnostic understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, and refactoring techniques. AI Tool Proficiency: Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate and improve software delivery quality.
