Senior Designer, Juniors

NYC Alliance seeks a highly talented and experienced Senior Designer specializing in Juniors fashion. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and trend-setting designs for our Juniors category. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing designs that meet the brand's aesthetic and market demands. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with brand aesthetic and target market Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable products Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences Ensure all designs meet quality and industry standards Provide guidance and direction to design team members Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Juniors fashion Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, PLM Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics in the Juniors segment Benefits Competitive compensation packages Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA Retirement Savings Plan Match Summer Fridays Discounts and More!
