POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership, accounting, and business unit leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and ad hoc business analysis. RESPONSIBILITES: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans Conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis (actual vs. budget and prior year) and explain key drivers to leadership Build and maintain complex financial models Develop and track KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance Reporting & Business Partnering Prepare board-level and executive presentations, including financial summaries and strategic recommendations Partner with department heads to analyze departmental spend, headcount planning, and cost optimization opportunities Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders REQUIRMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Progress toward CFA/CPA a plus) 2-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical role Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and key financial metrics (EBITDA, ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.) Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Strong communication skills — ability to present complex financial data to non-financial audiences High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure KEY COMPETENCIES: Business acumen and commercial awareness Strategic thinking balanced with attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority Internally driven desire to learn and improve processes daily Thank you for your interest, we look forward to reviewing your resume!
