Business Manager NF-04

This position is located at Bingo which is apart of the Fort Benning Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the Bingo or gaming operation to be managed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or program manager role of a NAF business operation, including responsibility for budgeting, financial performance, personnel management, operational planning, and achievement of established revenue and expense goals. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Bingo or gaming operations with responsibility for internal controls, cash accountability, sales reconciliation, prize payouts, and/or gaming inventory accountability. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally through written correspondence and oral communication.
