Senior SEO Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring: SEO Team Lead 🌍 Fluent, professional-level English is mandatory for this position. We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can develop customized SEO strategies for different companies, manage multiple projects, and lead a three-person SEO team. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Manage SEO processes from strategy development to implementation and reporting Create customized SEO strategies and roadmaps for each company and project Ensure that SEO strategies are correctly implemented by the relevant team members Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of a three-person SEO team Assign tasks, set priorities, and follow up on deadlines and deliverables Define KPIs and prepare regular performance reports Conduct competitor research and develop actionable growth plans Coordinate technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO activities Work closely with content teams and provide clear content guidelines Manage multiple clients, companies, and projects simultaneously Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly Identify SEO problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement 💡 Requirements Minimum four years of professional SEO experience Fluent written and spoken English Previous agency experience Experience managing multiple clients and projects Proven team management and task delegation experience Ability to create and implement a unique SEO strategy for each company Ability to communicate strategies clearly and ensure they are implemented by the relevant personnel Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl budget, and website architecture Experience with backlink strategies and off-page SEO Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar SEO tools Strong KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting skills Experience working with content teams Ability to follow English-language SEO resources, industry updates, and algorithm changes Strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 💼 Salary and Employment Details Monthly salary range: $1,200–$1,700 The final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications The salary will be paid as a gross amount Insurance registration, tax obligations, and related legal procedures must be handled by the employee 📩 Please send us your CV and relevant information about your SEO experience. #SEO #SEOTeamLead #Hiring #JobOpening #DigitalMarketing #TechnicalSEO #RemoteJobs
