Qualifications We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree, preferably in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, Proven ability to effectively manage end-to-end payroll, personnel affairs, and employee administration processes, Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law (Law No. 4857), Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Law (Law No. 5510), SGK practices, and other relevant employment legislation, Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and offboarding, leave and absence management, medical reports, timekeeping, personnel files, and statutory notifications, Preferably experienced in manufacturing/industrial environments, particularly in personnel processes within shift-based working systems, Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights and business outcomes, An interest in digital HR applications and emerging technologies, with the ability to contribute to process digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, A proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on processes with SGK, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, İŞKUR, Enforcement Offices, and other governmental authorities, ensuring that statutory notifications, correspondence, and requests are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable legislation, Manage end-to-end payroll and salary calculation processes, including monthly payroll accruals, bonuses, premiums, overtime payments, social benefits, deductions, leave-related payments, and other payroll components, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, Ensure the accurate and compliant application of relevant legislation throughout payroll processes, Monitor and provide support on matters arising from Labour Law, SGK regulations, and employment legislation within payroll and personnel processes, in collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders, Monitor market trends, legislative developments, and industry practices related to compensation, benefits, and employee benefits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing practices, Prepare and monitor the annual workforce budget, including headcount, salary increases, bonuses, benefits, overtime, and other personnel-related costs; analyze costs and track budget actuals, Ensure the effective use of ERP and digital HR systems, particularly payroll, compensation, and benefits modules, and contribute to initiatives aimed at process digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.
