Job Description: Assisting the patients at all stages regarding their operations; Providing translations between the doctors and the patient; Guiding, accompanying and visiting the patients whenever necessary; Organizing the transfers between the airport-hotel and the clinics; Taking initiatives when necessary, problem-solving attitude; Constant communication with the Sales and Operation Teams; Following up with the patients in post-op period.
