Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a recruitment manager that will manage all of our recruitment needs. Responsibilities: Hire and manage a team of recruiters that work for us in either a full-time or part-time manner Be innovative in hiring people Carry past experience in managing recruiters and very familiar with recruitment process Must have past hands-on experience with recruitment as such experience is necessary to be able to lead other recruiters. Must have experience in managing recruiters both on-site and off-shore Several years of experience in IT recruitment Some knowledge of startups and big data technology is helpful although not mandatory All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
