What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member? Act as the Human Resources Business Partner for assigned functions, closely following business objectives and organizational needs, Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure the right talent is attracted and onboarded into the organization, Follow up on performance, talent and career management processes in coordination with relevant teams, Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, Support initiatives related to organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning and development needs, Effectively manage Human Resources-related requests from employees and managers, Regularly analyze and report Human Resources data and generate insights to support decision-making processes, Ensure that relevant Human Resources processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, Collaborate with different teams and business units to contribute to the effectiveness of Human Resources processes. #WeBelieveThereIsNoSuchThingAsAWoman'sJobOrAMan'sJob What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Preferably experienced in an HR Business Partner role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries, Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, talent management and employee experience processes, Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant legislation, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and results-oriented working capabilities, Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously, Adaptable to change, development-oriented and willing to take ownership, Interested in the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools in business processes, follows emerging technologies and preferably has hands-on experience in this area, Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred, Excellent command of English.
