Business Development Specialist

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: This position does not offer a hybrid / remote option. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, (Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics etc.) Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry, Preferably experienced in one of the following areas: Business Development, Purchasing, Category Management, Import, Product Management, or Project Management, Good command of English, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Willing to travel as required, Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills, Excellent communication skills with a proactive and result-oriented mindset, Completed military service for male candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinating the operational processes of new brand and product development projects, Managing daily communication with international suppliers and monitoring ongoing business processes, Coordinating product samples, documentation and import-related activities, Coordinating the creation of new product master data and related system records, Preparing data to support cost analysis and business planning activities, Working closely with cross-functional teams to support product launch processes, Preparing project reports and supporting the evaluation of new business opportunities.
