Job Title: Virtual Assistant About the Company: Our client is starting a remote home cleaning business that uses subcontractors. Job Description: Our client is launching a new remote home cleaning business. They need a Virtual Assistant Operator to help manage daily operations. This role is crucial for supporting the business as it grows. You will be the first point of contact for clients and help onboard new cleaning subcontractors. The business will use Booking Koala for scheduling and a US phone number with an app for communication. You will help manage inbound leads, post job openings, and interview potential subcontractors. You will also assist with running Google Ads campaigns once the business is established. Responsibilities of the role:
• Manage the Booking Koala platform for scheduling and website.
• Handle inbound leads and client inquiries.
• Post job openings for contract cleaners.
• Assist in interviewing contract cleaners.
• Support Google Ads campaigns.
• Make and receive calls using a US phone number via an app. Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience with Booking Koala is preferred.
• Experience receiving inbound leads and client messages.
• Experience interviewing candidates.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and subcontractors.
• Experience in a local service business is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working with clients and subcontractors.
• Must prefer working with female candidates. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with similar phone apps like RingCentral.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant. Personality:
• Fun and laid-back attitude.
• Easygoing and not overly serious. Software & Tools:
• Booking Koala
• Koi app (or similar phone apps like RingCentral) Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Salary and Benefits:
• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
• Full-time remote opportunity.
