# Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budget for AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Prepare and review project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including site diaries, photographs, and other relevant documentation. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on site. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget control, and variations to contracts. Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure accurate setting out and surveying for various construction elements. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant engineering principles. Proficiency in using surveying equipment and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD). Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
