The clinic focuses on delivering high-quality care and a pleasant stay in Turkey for every patient. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Istanbul. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and current patients, providing information about treatments, packages, and services, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, conducting consultations to assess patient needs, and presenting tailored service options. The role involves preparing cost estimates, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the clinic’s systems, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey. The Sales Specialist will also support training initiatives, contribute to sales campaigns, and help enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to convert inquiries into bookings and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to support onboarding and development of team members. Relevant experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality is beneficial. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage, especially Turkish and other widely spoken languages. Ability to work on-site in Istanbul, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation. Comfort with CRM or patient management systems and basic computer skills. Prior sales or customer-facing experience in an international or multicultural environment is preferred.
