Production Technologist Trainee

Our two-year trainee program is designed for early-career professionals with a technical background in food technology and strong growth potential. The function Throughout the program, you will work on project-based assignments that drive business impact and foster your professional growth: Product Expertise: Explore our key product groups: Bakery, Sweet On-The-Go, Viennoiserie, and Savory Technical Skills: Gain in-depth knowledge of LLBG products, industrial lines, Technologist tools, and NPD processes Project Management: Lead and support projects, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across international teams & sites Professional Development: Enhance skills in communication, training, and international collaboration Your profile Degree in Food Technology or related field Ideally, 2-3 years experience in the food industry Strong understanding of English Passion for food and innovation Eagerness to learn and grow Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and independence Willingness to travel within Europe Our offer Accelerated Learning: A steep learning curve through formal training, shadowing, and on-the-job experience.
