Key Responsibilities Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). Plan, perform, and report quality control activities throughout manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analyses using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA , and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Participate in internal audits and support compliance with quality standards and procedures. Monitor supplier quality performance and assist in supplier development and improvement activities. Investigate customer complaints, contribute to problem resolution, and maintain related documentation. Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process and product improvements. Support new product introduction (NPI) activities through quality documentation, validation, and approval processes. Ensure calibration records and follow-up activities for inspection and measurement equipment are maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Kaizen, 8D, and Six Sigma . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, Chemical, or related disciplines). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 , and preferably IATF 16949 standards. Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies including FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa . Experience with ERP systems and quality management software. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Effective communication skills with the ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
