LABORER

Individuals must be willing to work outside and perform hard manual labor. Individuals must be able to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs, climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints, have a basic understanding of constructing principles and procedures, be comfortable working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations, work 10+ hour days, work some Saturdays when schedule requires, have some math skills, use a tape measure, and following directions from the foremen. Laborers wear a blue hard hat, which signifies they are members of the production team.
