Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Interior Architect / Architect with at least 7 years of experience. The role involves leading and developing detailed technical interior drawings and documentation for yacht and high-end land-based projects using advanced AutoCAD, XREF, and LISP workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts into buildable technical packages, coordinating with designers, engineers, and external partners, and ensuring that all drawings meet structural, regulatory, and fabrication requirements. The Senior Technical Interior Architect / Architect will manage complex layouts, refine construction details, optimize CAD standards and libraries, and contribute to quality control across all technical deliverables. The role also includes participating in design reviews, advising on material and production methods, and supporting efficient remote collaboration with the broader project team. Qualifications Strong technical interior architecture skills, including space planning, detailing, and production of comprehensive construction documentation. Advanced AutoCAD proficiency with expert use of XREF, LISP routines, and CAD standards; ability to set up and maintain efficient drawing workflows. Experience with yacht interiors or complex high-end hospitality/residential projects, including integration of bespoke joinery and built-in furniture. Solid understanding of building and marine regulations, technical coordination with MEP, structural, and fabrication teams. Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience as an Interior Architect or Architect in technically demanding design environments. Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, international setting; ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency with additional design and visualization tools (e.g., 3D modeling or rendering software) is a plus. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to balancing aesthetic vision with technical feasibility and quality.
