What will be your key deliverables? Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety (OHS), and Environmental regulations and monitoring related processes. Conducting risk assessments, field inspections, and behavior-based safety observations. Performing root cause analysis for workplace accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents; following up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintaining up-to-date emergency response plans, organizing drills, and executing improvement activities. Planning and delivering EHS training sessions for employees and organizing awareness campaigns. Monitoring waste management, environmental permitting processes, emissions, wastewater, and other environmental performance indicators. Supporting official regulatory inspections as well as internal and external audit processes. Reporting on EHS performance indicators and developing continuous improvement projects. Collaborating closely with operations teams to foster and promote a proactive safety culture. Supporting the effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems. What do you need for this role? Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in Environmental and/or Occupational Health and Safety roles. Holding a Class C Occupational Safety Specialist certification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Environmental and OHS legislations. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities. Team-oriented, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
