FOREIGN TRADE FINANCIAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

What do we expect from our new team member? Managing accounting and financial operations related to import and export transactions. Monitoring and reconciling import and export accounts. Monitoring all relevant regulations related to import and export processes and ensuring that regulatory updates are reflected in the systems. Reviewing invoices from customs, logistics, and foreign trade service providers and managing related payments and reconciliations. Reviewing accounting entries and supporting documentation related to import transactions. Supporting monthly VAT and tax reporting processes in coordination with relevant teams. Preparing input VAT lists required for the monthly VAT refund process. Collaborating with IT and relevant teams to digitalize and improve import and export processes in SAP and supporting related projects. Working closely with Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure that import and export processes are completed accurately, on time, and in full reconciliation. What kind of teammate are we looking for? Graduated from relevant departments of universities, Having at least 4 years of experience in the finance field, Experienced in current account / accounts receivable management, Proficient in MS Office applications, Preferably experienced in SAP.
