Summary Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Job Details Employment type: Full-time Pay Range: $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 Location: Primarily onsite in Twin Cities metro (some hybrid flex) Role Overview: As a Director of Marketing, you will lead the marketing department, shaping strategy and executing initiatives to support company growth. You will collaborate with cross-department teams, oversee campaign development, and manage brand positioning. Your leadership will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion, contributing directly to the organization’s success. Your innovative approach and experience in B2B marketing within regulated industries will be vital to elevating market presence and supporting strategic initiatives. Day in the Life Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, and social media management. Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing strategies. Manage marketing budget, resources, and vendor relationships. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles. Experience in B2B marketing within regulated industries like insurance or services. Proven ability to manage campaigns across digital, email, social, and events. Strong project management and vendor management skills. Familiarity with HubSpot, SEO, and website analytics tools. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives. Experience with M&A brand integration preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative thinking.
