We are seeking professional and dependable Retail Security Officers to join our team at a high-traffic shopping center on Long Island . What You'll Do Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property Conduct routine patrols of the mall, stores, parking areas, and common spaces Monitor activity and identify potential safety or security concerns Respond to incidents professionally and follow established procedures Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe environment Work closely with property management, emergency personnel, and law enforcement when necessary Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports Help create a professional, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone visiting the property What We're Looking For MUST be willing and able to travel to Garden City, NY Valid NYS Security Guard License required Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record required Must be available for the required schedule: Saturday–Tuesday: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Thursday: 12:00 AM–8:00 AM Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous retail, mall, loss prevention, or security experience is a plus WHY JOIN US?
