''WE are seeking a Internal Audit Specialist to reinforce our Global Internal Audit Team .'' What we are looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technologies or similar fields. 4 • 7 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, forensic services/investigation practices, or the internal audit department of a multinational company, preferably in manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Practical experience in IFRS reporting and financial audits is highly preferred. Experience in data analytics, including data extraction, analysis, visualization, and identification of anomalies, trends, and potential fraud indicators using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, ACL, or advanced Excel. Experience in fraud risk management, forensic audits, investigations, whistleblower case reviews, or misconduct assessments is considered a strong asset. General knowledge of ERP program (SAP 4HANA, etc.) is a plus. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CFE, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous. Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning. Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker. Fluency in both written and spoken English. No restrictions for international travel (up to 2 months in a year). What you will be doing ? Planning, organizing, conducting and formally reporting on scheduled audit projects based on the approved annual audit plan in all Kordsa sites. Execution of the internal audit procedures of audit project, performing the fieldwork with all evidential support for report recommendations and demonstrating capacity for effective decision making along with drawing sound conclusions. Performing follow up activities to ensure that the action plans related with recommendations are implemented in a timely manner and effectively. Performing financial, operational, and compliance audits with a particular focus on financial reporting risks, IFRS compliance, and key internal controls. Maintaining an up to date understanding of IFRS and CMB requirements; audit techniques and standards; professional codes; Company’s business, operational process and market knowledge. Supporting fraud risk assessments, investigation assignments, and special reviews related to potential misconduct, irregularities, and whistleblower allegations. Utilizing data analytics techniques to identify control weaknesses, unusual transactions, fraud indicators, and opportunities for process improvements. Helping internal auditor(s) in the team during the projects and taking initiative for internal auditor(s)’ self-development. Creating and implementing queries by utilizing data analytics tools and visualizing the query results. Developing new ideas to increase awareness about Global Internal Audit’s activities within Kordsa. Making research, designing and conducting projects related to advisory services requested by the management. What’s in it for you ?
