Quality Management Systems Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead to oversee and continuously improve our quality systems within a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, including NADCAP, and ensuring that all quality processes meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aerospace or defense manufacturing, deep knowledge of special process controls, and hands-on experience managing audits and quality certifications.
