Junior Associate

Role Description As a Junior Associate, you will research legal issues, draft and review legal documents, assist with case preparation, and help manage client matters and deadlines. You may also attend client meetings, liaise with courts and public authorities, and follow legal developments relevant to the firm’s work. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Istanbul, with in-office and remote work. Qualifications Strong legal research, analysis and writing skills. Ability to draft and review contracts, legal opinions and court submissions. Excellent organization and time management, with care for detail and deadlines. Professional written and spoken English; Turkish proficiency is required. Law degree; admission to the Turkish Bar or eligibility in progress is preferred. Integrity, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to clients. Ability to work closely with a small team and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement. Prior law firm or in-house experience is an advantage.
