Production Engineer

Our client is a leading global company in the pump technology industry. Responsibilities Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems, Implement process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency, Participate in new product localization projects, Analyze materials for products and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and production recipes in the SAP system, Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues arising during production, Monitor and report production data through SAP, Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams, Contribute to standardization and process improvement activities on production lines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering , Minimum 3–4 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery manufacturing, or mechanical assembly, Must have an excellent command of written and spoken English, Preferably, Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs, Experience in production planning and BOM creation is required , Knowledge of SAP PP is an advantage, Experienced in reading and preparing technical projects, Experience in product localization or new product commissioning processes is preferred, Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement projects, Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, preferably in or around Tuzla, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Collaborative and excellent communication skills.
