# Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced "Chief Financial Officer (CFO)" to join the executive leadership team of a leading company in its sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, strengthening financial governance and performance, and providing strategic financial leadership to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Qualifications: Master's degree or MBA. Experience in publicly traded and production-based companies. Having a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field, with at least 10 years in the CFO/Financial Director position . Deep knowledge and experience in SPK regulations and reporting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and preferably a certified Independent Auditor. Strong expertise in strategic planning and investment management. Experience in managing teams in large-scale and holding structures. Advanced analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in financial software and tools. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Expertise in financial planning and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans to manage and improve the company's financial performance. Manage financial reporting processes and ensure transparency. Oversee budgeting and cash flow management, mitigate financial risks, and identify opportunities. Continuously seek improvement opportunities to optimize financial operations and enhance efficiency. Support investment decisions, provide financial analysis, and report to the CEO. Manage investor relations operations. Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations. Ensure timely and comprehensive SPK reporting. Coordinate internal and external audit processes. Lead the relevant finance team, collaborating with the Board of Directors to oversee the entire operation.
