As part of Koç Holding and partnering with Beko, we’re a team of innovators dedicated to driving progress and making a real impact in the financial world. ✨ What You’ll Be Rocking Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnership and investment opportunities aligned with Token’s long-term growth agenda Drive high-impact strategic projects by structuring complex management problems, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting insights to executive leadership Own and expand key strategic relationships, building long-term value through partnership governance, negotiation, and performance tracking Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end strategic planning process across all Token business units, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and Koç Holding frameworks Oversee comprehensive market intelligence efforts, leveraging financial databases, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to inform strategic decisions Monitor and interpret global macroeconomic, fintech, and regulatory trends, translate insights into company-specific strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans Prepare and present board-level materials, including strategic analyses, valuation models, financial scenarios, and investment cases Lead advanced operational and financial modeling initiatives; define and track strategic KPIs to ensure sustainable and profitable growth 🎯 The Perfect Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering MBA degree in a relevant discipline is preferred 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate finance, consulting, or investment-related roles Proven experience in evaluating strategic partnerships, M&A, or investment opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities Experience preparing executive-level and board-level presentations and strategic materials Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage long-term partnerships Solid understanding of global fintech trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environments Excellent communication and presentation skills in English ❤️ Why You’ll Love Working Here 12+4 Salary Package: Enjoy an additional 4 months' salary Learning Platforms: Gain access to top educational platforms including Koç Academy, Cambly, Coursera etc. Koç Office Free: Work flexibly from any Koç office Koç Community Sports Club: Participate in sports, social, and cultural events, and recharge in green spaces with our exclusive Koç Community Sports Club Koç Family Program : Access special advantages from Koç Group companies, and include two family members in this exclusive program.
