Minimum 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, tourism, or leisure sectors is strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, HR policies, and contemporary people management practices. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational teams. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing seasonal workforce structures and employee engagement initiatives is considered an asset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused, and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Excellent command of both Turkish and English WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION... Proven experience as an HR Manager within a luxury hotel, resort, hospitality, or service-driven organization. Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and people development practices. Ability to act as a trusted partner to operational leaders while supporting the Head of HR in delivering strategic people initiatives. Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic resort environment. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
